  • Orders are processed only after full payment has been verified.
  • Processing time may range between 1–4 business days, depending on product availability, certification, or additional verification steps.
  • Custom, bulk, or investment-grade orders may require extra processing time. You will be informed in advance.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship diamonds through trusted, insured, and industry-standard logistics partners specializing in high-value goods.

Shipping partners may include:

The mode of shipping is selected based on the value of the diamond, destination, and security requirements.

We currently ship to:

  • International shipments may be available on request, subject to compliance and additional verification

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges vary based on the order value, location, and insurance requirements.

5. Delivery Timeframes

Expected delivery time after dispatch:

6. Insurance & Security

  • All shipped diamonds are sent with secure packaging and may include transit insurance depending on the order value and shipping method.
  • Insurance covers the product until it reaches the delivery address provided by the customer.
  • After successful delivery, the responsibility shifts to the buyer.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • Tracking details (email, WhatsApp, or SMS)
  • Courier partner information
  • Expected arrival date

If tracking is not available due to security reasons, we will provide manual updates.


8. Delivery Requirements

To ensure safe delivery:

  • A valid government ID may be required at the time of receipt.
  • The recipient’s name must match the details shared at the time of order.
  • For high-value deliveries, the courier may require a signature and verification call.

If no authorized person is available during delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or request pickup from a secure location.

Zahra Diamonds is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Customer unavailability

Reshipping charges may apply in such cases.


10. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered, or unsealed:

  • DO NOT accept the delivery
  • Take photos/videos immediately
  • Inform us within 24 hours at info@zahradiamonds.com

We will coordinate with our logistics partners to resolve the issue.

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by:

  • Customs checks
  • Logistics strikes
