Cancellation Policy – Zahra Diamonds

At Zahra Diamonds, we handle high-value natural and CVD diamonds with strict security, verification, and certification protocols. Because each diamond is reserved, validated, or prepared specifically for your order, cancellation terms must be clear and firm.


1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may request cancellation before your order has been dispatched, subject to approval.

A cancellation may be approved if:

  • The diamond has not been shipped
  • The diamond has not been reserved exclusively for your order
  • No certification or third-party processing has been initiated

If the diamond has already been held or blocked for you in our inventory or supplier network, a cancellation fee may apply.


2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once the order has been dispatched or handed over to the logistics partner:

  • Cancellations are NOT allowed.
  • The order is considered final due to security, valuation, and tamper-proof handling processes.

3. Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders cannot be cancelled:

  • Custom orders
  • Bulk or parcel orders
  • Investment-grade diamonds held specifically for the buyer
  • Orders for which certification or re-grading has been initiated
  • Orders where payment processing or blocking charges have been incurred

4. Cancellation Fees (If Applicable)

Depending on the stage of the order, cancellation may incur charges, including:

  • Inventory blocking fees
  • Certification costs
  • Administrative or handling charges
  • Supplier-side reservation costs

These fees will be communicated before finalizing your cancellation request.


5. Refunds for Approved Cancellations

If the cancellation is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or a mutually agreed channel
  • Any applicable fees or deductions will be clearly communicated

  • Reason for cancellation

Cancellations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


7. Zahra Diamonds’ Right to Cancel

In rare cases, Zahra Diamonds may cancel an order due to:

  • Pricing errors
  • Quality verification issues
  • Stone unavailability
  • Failed payment confirmation
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

If we cancel the order, a full refund will be issued.
